But I didn&#8217;t. By the time I started baking this bread, it was well into the night. Between the resting periods, my sleepy self was forced to rely up on various alarms and buzzers to wake me. It was worth it.<\/p>\n<p>Unlike with the brioche, I don&#8217;t think that I am going to have leftovers to force upon neighbors and co-workers. Instead, I have morning plans for this pretty loaf of bread.
