I don’t know what happened with my ciabatta, but something just wasn’t right. It looked promising, but like a marriage ending in divorce, something went wrong. I don’t know what, but something was wrong, very wrong.<\/p>\n

This made the matter of cinnamon rolls that much more important. I find baking more challenging in the warm months as it seems like the yeast is just ready to take over the world. But the time came to move on with the BBA challenge<\/a> and try my hand at baking again.<\/p>\n

And I liked them. And it seems like the folks I foisted them upon liked them. The next item in the challenge is Cinnamon Raisin Walnut Bread, to which I look forward, inappropriately.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
