I haven&#8217;t, upon realizing that I need to put my habits in check, abandoned the plan, you know, two days in.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june6.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-131\" alt=\"june6\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june6.jpg?resize=500%2C500&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Taking pictures of what I&#8217;m eating is something that I&#8217;ve tried before. When I tried this in the past, it quickly felt overwhelming, and I had all of these weird pictures hanging around. Pulling the pictures into a daily collage feels more like the kind of project that I tend to like.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june7.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-132\" alt=\"june7\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june7.jpg?resize=500%2C500&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve been trying to get about 15,000 steps in a day, and I am either hitting, exceeding, or getting close to that target, depending on the day. Today, for example, I had some errands to do and I made getting those steps in a part of that. I am a little short. However, when I first got my <a title=\"Fitbit homepage\" href=\"https:\/\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/fitbit.com\">Fitbit<\/a>, I discovered that, generally, on Sundays I apparently just sit all day long.<\/p>\n<p>Creeping up on 13,000 steps, I&#8217;m far form a bump on a log.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june8.jpg?ssl=1\"><img data-recalc-dims=\"1\" loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-133\" alt=\"june8\" src=\"https:\/\/i0.wp.com\/www.sherlonya.net\/resolution\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/06\/june8.jpg?resize=500%2C500&#038;ssl=1\" width=\"500\" height=\"500\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>Net change: -4 lbs.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>What do you know.
