For the last few years, I’ve selected a theme word.<\/p>\n

Last year the theme was home. <\/p>\n

The year before that, the theme was nourish.<\/p>\n

This year, the word is routine. A sequence of actions regularly followed; a fixed program.<\/em><\/p>\n

I like to do a lot of things. I love learning, and I think that a few routines will help me support this. I don’t lose a lot of time in paralysis, wondering which of the things to do next, but I do lose more time that I’d like to in that way.<\/p>\n

Also, I’m hoping that some routines will add automaticity to those tasks that need to be tended in an ongoing basis, making them easier.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
