This post about what it means to show one’s work was interesting. Sometimes, it’s frustrating when you produce something and people respond as if magic happened, but lots of people can’t imagine what they can’t see. What happens if you show the crappy bits?

I don’t know why  I clicked on something that promised to tell me “epic” ways to make a better PBJ, but I did. And I guess I want you to, too.

I want to improve my photography. A large part of that is simply making time for it. But, when I want to learn something, I spend some time in the pre-doing phase steeping myself in information. Of course, I want better-lit food photos.

These breakfast bowls look so good.

This enchilada skillet reminds me of the enchilada fries I made. I really need to make those again.

If I weren’t planning a trip to Louisiana right now, I may have never clicked on these Cajun Baked Sweet Potato Fries. They do look pretty tasty.

Why don’t I use my slow cooker more? These chicken taco bowls look pretty good.
