I love looking at recipes.
I also love s’mores.
So when I came across a recipe for marshmallows with lapsang souchong caramel, I thought, that I could make a smoky marshmallow. So, I used the smoky tea in order to give that flavor to the marshmallows. Once the marshmallows are made, I dipped them in semisweet chocolate and graham cracker crumbs. Could this be called a deconstructed s’more?
Whatever it is, it was delicious. Not the kind of thing you need a lot of, but a fun treat for weekend cooking.
