This is one of those times where if I had done what I said I was going to do, I would have seen some results by now.
But I didn’t do that.
However, what I need is a plan. I think I need to go week-to-week with this plan.
So, tonight, I took some steps in that direction. I roughly planned out my meals for the next 6 days. I sketched out a grocery list for that plan. I took some steps tonight to prepare me to be on track tomorrow.
Speaking of tomorrow, I am going to go to the Y, and run 2 miles. I’m also going to hit the elliptical for a bit while I watch some Dexter.
I think that this is one of those times when I need to just do it.
I also mapped out my training for the Detroit Free Press Half Marathon. I need to spend some time getting back into shape so that I can train as planned.
So, toward that end, my goal is to run 3 times a week throughout the month of June.
