What do you know. I haven’t, upon realizing that I need to put my habits in check, abandoned the plan, you know, two days in.
Taking pictures of what I’m eating is something that I’ve tried before. When I tried this in the past, it quickly felt overwhelming, and I had all of these weird pictures hanging around. Pulling the pictures into a daily collage feels more like the kind of project that I tend to like.
I’ve been trying to get about 15,000 steps in a day, and I am either hitting, exceeding, or getting close to that target, depending on the day. Today, for example, I had some errands to do and I made getting those steps in a part of that. I am a little short. However, when I first got my Fitbit, I discovered that, generally, on Sundays I apparently just sit all day long.
Creeping up on 13,000 steps, I’m far form a bump on a log.
Net change: -4 lbs.
