I love cranberry sauce. It takes a lot of self control not to grab a bag of cranberries each and eery time I see them at the store. I want to excuse myself because they’re seasonal, fresh cranberries are. Now, though, I might have a better excuse, these Cranberry Orange Pop Tarts.

Every once in a while, I look around the internet for granola bars. I like them, but every time I eat one from a store, I am stricken with the utter sweetness of it.  While my reptile brain is all like mmmmm, the rational part is wondering just what ingredients I just put in my body. Could these Fruit and Nut Bars help me find a peaceful bar situation?

The Perfect Beginner’s Yeast Donuts look like the perfect canvas for some donut experimentation. For my secret project, I need to start doing some background research on that particular sweet treat.

I am in a gingerbread kind of mood, so these caramels seem like just the right thing. Or maybe a one bowl recipe for gingerbread cake seems like the right thing. Or maybe, just maybe, gingerbread rice krispie treats are the way. Most likely, I should just be satisfied that I made Vegan Gingerbread Ice Cream.

One of the reasons I could never be a  rapper is the fact that instead of a tattoo that says something like “thug life,” I would have one that said “taco life.” I  imagine that said tattoo would create all sorts of confusion…  But there’s nothing confusing about these Spaghetti Squash and Black Bean Tacos. I want to make them yesterday.

Speaking of lifestyles, I got out of the cocktail game after I spent a year learning what I like.  I think that holiday time is the right time to stick a toe in. Hot Buttered Rum and Cider sounds perfect.

I have no idea why I don’t make more grilled cheese sandwiches. I love them intensely and greedily. That lust was awakened when I saw a recipe for Dijon Brussels Sprouts Grilled Cheese
